1920s White Oak Refinish in Boise's North End
Full sand and refinish of 1,800 sq ft of original 1920s North End white oak — including subtle repairs to vintage cutouts.
The work
Original floors, untouched in 30 years. We did three sanding passes (36 → 60 → 100), filled and feather-blended four heat-register cutouts, applied a custom Bona DriFast stain to match the homeowner's reference photo, then sealed with three coats of Bona Traffic HD water-based finish. Dust containment kept the rest of the home livable through the cure.
