We're based in Star, Idaho and work primarily in Boise, Star, Meridian, and Eagle. We also serve Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Garden City, Middleton, Emmett, Mountain Home, and most of the Treasure Valley within roughly 60 miles of downtown Boise. Tile installation (floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, heated floors), hard-surface flooring installation (solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate), bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and whole-home renovations. We do not install carpet.

Start with a free in-home consultation — usually 45 to 60 minutes. We measure, look at the real substrate and site conditions, talk through scope, and bring samples. You then receive a written, line-item proposal by email. There is no charge and no obligation for the consultation or the estimate.

Included: demolition and disposal, substrate and subfloor prep, waterproofing systems, setting materials, labor, trim and transitions, daily clean-up, and final punch-list work. Typically excluded and called out in writing: unknown conditions behind walls or under existing floors, structural repair, asbestos or lead abatement, plumbing or electrical relocations not in the agreed scope, and material upgrades you select after signing. If something is excluded, it is stated on the proposal — not hidden in a footnote.

Any change to scope, materials, or conditions is written up as a change order with its own price and schedule impact, and it needs your signature before we proceed. We don't perform extra work and invoice for it afterward.

We bring physical samples to your kitchen table and help you narrow tile, plank, grout color, layout, and trim. You can buy materials through us or supply your own — we'll tell you up front what we can and can't warranty on owner-supplied material, and we confirm quantities and lead times in writing before ordering.

A tile-only project such as a backsplash or a shower surround is usually 5–10 working days. Bathroom remodels typically run 3–6 weeks from demo to final walk-through. Kitchens run 6–10 weeks, mostly driven by cabinet lead times. Whole-home renovations are scheduled in phases. You get a phase-by-phase calendar before demolition starts.

Flooring and tile replacement inside an existing footprint usually doesn't require a permit. Remodels that relocate plumbing, alter structure, or add electrical (heated floors, for example) typically do. When a permit is required for work in our scope, we pull it and coordinate inspections with the local jurisdiction — you don't visit a counter.

Tile and flooring installation is performed by our own crew. Licensed trade partners handle regulated specialty work such as plumbing and electrical when a project requires it. Either way, one project manager from this company stays responsible for the schedule, the quality, and the warranty.

Yes. We hold Idaho contractor registration RCE-57919 and are bonded and insured. You can verify the registration yourself through the Idaho DOPL contractor search — we'd rather you did.

Every installation carries a written 1-year workmanship warranty, in addition to whatever manufacturer warranty applies to the tile, plank, or setting materials. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and correct it at no charge inside that window.

Our work is primarily residential — owner-occupied homes, remodels, and rental or flip properties. We take on light commercial tile and flooring, such as an office or small retail space, when the scope fits our crew. Ask and we'll give you a straight answer rather than stretching.

Clear the work area and adjacent walkways, move breakables and wall art, plan for pets to be away from the work zone, and let us know about parking limits or HOA rules. We handle protection of floors and openings, dust containment, and daily clean-up. Your project manager sends a short prep list before start day.

As a market range, standard porcelain and ceramic typically run about $10–$25 per sq ft installed, natural stone about $18–$40 per sq ft, and fully waterproofed shower walls about $25–$55 per sq ft. Tile size, layout pattern, substrate prep, and waterproofing system move the number. These are planning ranges only — your fixed-price proposal after the in-home visit is the real number.

Typical Treasure Valley planning ranges: LVP about $5–$9/sq ft, laminate about $5–$8/sq ft, engineered hardwood about $9–$16/sq ft, and solid hardwood about $11–$18/sq ft, plus roughly $3–$5/sq ft for on-site sand and finish. Subfloor leveling, demolition, and stair nosings add to the total, and each appears as its own line on your quote.

LVP is fully waterproof and the safest choice for kitchens, baths, and basements. Laminate is wood-fiber based and very hard-wearing underfoot, but only water-resistant — not for wet areas. Engineered hardwood is real wood over a stable plywood core, refinishable once or twice, and handles Idaho's dry winters well. Solid hardwood lasts longest and refinishes many times, but doesn't belong in basements or wet rooms.
