Grout failures from improper mixing or curing
Waterproofing failures in showers and wet areas
Flooring lippage, gaps, or squeaks caused by install
Subfloor prep failures (leveling, moisture)
Trim, transition, and finish-carpentry workmanship

Not covered

• Material defects (covered by the manufacturer)
• Damage from owner-applied cleaners or sealers
• Settling cracks in slab or foundation
• Water damage from plumbing or appliance failures
• Normal wear or scratches

How to make a claim
